Having chronic pain can often feel like wandering lost in the desert, with no hope or help in sight. It's even worse when your support system doesn't believe you're lost. I believe you and I'm here to help.

I've been dealing with chronic pain conditions since I was a teenager. My family has a history of chronic pain. I know how hard it is to live with. My passion has always been to help people with chronic pain live fuller lives. 

I have worked on many different conditions that can cause chronic pain including Fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Frozen Shoulder, TMJ Disfunction, Spondylolisthesis, Multiple Sclerosis, and many others.

I love giving healing massages; whether that be deep pressure, Neuromuscular, Swedish, or Cranial Sacral therapies. My normal style is a mix of Swedish and Neuromuscular therapies.
